the staff dealing behavior was not good,i visited more than 10 hotel appartment in dubai but didnt meet such staff

hotel staff were supportive

wifi signals were very week inside room

There was an international plug to use for my laptop. The hotel is well located with lots of little shops around, a market and a supermarket, about 15-20 minutes walk to the metro station (a new metro station is currently being built only 5 minutes away). The staff was nice, when the safe in the room did not work, the manager came himself to check why. After 6 nights, we extended our stay for one more night at Dolphin.

The room was not really clean on arrival, I asked them to vacuum it better and had to remind some other days too, otherwise they would not do it well. We expected breakfast buffet to have more choices, for Europeans there wasn't much except the toasts, Indians will be happy with it though. I would suggest you don't take breakfast there and get something from the supermarket instead. I had booked Arabian Suites Hotel but they took us there because they were overbooked. The pool was marked closed under maintenance, but when I asked when it will be available they replied that the lifeguard absent and they didn't know when they will open it again. When it is 47°C outside you'd think it's a good idea to use the pool.

I liked service of the hotel

I did not like in hotel that the pool on a roof of hotel during my stay did not work and there was impossible to adjust temperature of the air conditioner. Also in my room there was very noisy.

the only good thing is good location but staff is very discourteous.

you have to be persistent to get house keeping team to clean your room. only one key is provided for two bed room hall and if you need extra key for your room you need to pay AED25???.

it was good for what i paid for, and had a quiet night

no nearby free parking and only 5 cars can fit in the hotels parking, no alcohol beverages

Very poor parking facilities & cab drivers want to throw you out on the road when you use taxi'S.

TV was not working, towles were dirty, blankets were dirty

The location was great - close to everything and in a tremendous shopping area. The room was large and comfortable, separate lounge and fridge etc Value for money was certainly good. Staff friendly and receptive to requests.

Although it had kitchen facilities there were no implements, crockery cutlery etc. Cleanliness average to lower (acceptable JUST). Breakfast was not for Europeans (except the toast and juice) - even curried scrambled eggs!

I did not like my stay, as a matter of fact I checked out two days early. Can I get some of my money back or do I set up a blog on a dubai info site?

I did not like the staff at the front desk, nor the guest living there, they were all very rude.

Location is good.

Hotel staff is not very co-operative. Except reception no-one attends your call. Bigger problem is they dont have parking, parking is always full. No reason to book in this hotel unless they provide parking. The money you save by booking here will be spend on paid parking.

The hotel staff are big liars . I booked an Executive Studio for my brother and a two bedrooms apartment for myself and when I arrived they showed me a one-bedroom apartment . They were trying to convince me that what they were showing me was a two-bedroom apartment and when I shouted at them they offered me a two separate rooms instead of a two bedroom apartment. They refused to admit that it was a mistake from their side though they asked me to move to another place in the second night where I found two bedrooms but without a separate living area. Parking is a nightmare. Though it is mentioned in the booking information that Free private parking is possible on site, when I arrived I found it impossible to use their 7 parking lots because the hotel staff are occupying the 7 parking lots. I never met one single guest that managed to park his car in the parking area.

Location is good

The sign board of the hotel is not lighted, it is hard to note the hotel from the street, the staff cannot describe the location, the swimming pool is not available during morning time, and when calling the reception they tell you only after 4 pm.
